2) To temporarily suspend certification of those who are out of compliance with respect to any of the requirements for eligibility. Examples of non-compliance include lack of continuing education requirements, lapse of insurance, failure to provide warranty or suspension from their local association for any reason. The length of the suspension shall be set by the review board allowing the designee an appropriate amount of time for compliance.

3) To reinstate those Builders whose certifications have been suspended but who have complied with the eligibility requirements.

4) To suspend or revoke certification in the event that Builder does not comply with the requirements set forth by the third party arbitrator in a dispute resolution.

The review board has no authority or responsibility to hear, judge or rule on any specific matters or merits related to dispute resolution. Their jurisdiction is limited to specific non-compliance of eligibility requirements or recommendations of the dispute resolution arbitration process.
