The Oklahoma State Home Builders Association and CFR have combined their talents to offer a comprehensive insurance program tailored to meet the needs of the members of the Association.
This program has been designed BY and FOR contractors and subcontractors engaging in residential and light commercial construction. With policies covering builder's risk, workers' compensation and general liability, your rates are competitive and your coverage is broad. In addition, you may find your Medical and Auto insurance needs to be less expensive and more comprehensive with the Oklahoma State Home Builders Association Insurance Program. BUILDER'S RISK
While under construction, the broad form coverage includes, but is not limited to, fire, windstorm, hail, and vandalism - PLUS theft of attached and unattached property. Coverage also includes property in transit and storage. All provided on an easy to understand and convenient monthly reporting form.
WORKERS' COMPENSATION
Provides coverage necessary to comply with the statutory Workers' Compensation Laws of Oklahoma - AND special experience rates for those who qualify.
GENERAL LIABILITY
Coverage designed for exposures usual to the construction business to protect contractors and subcontractors - INCLUDING their completed operations. Premium and experience credits are used for competitive pricing.
HEALTH INSURANCE
Health Insurance is available to those businesses that generate 70% or more of annual revenues from activities related to residential construction. Sole proprietors or businesses with two or more employees are eligible. We offer a low deductible comprehensive PPO plan and two HSA plans through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oklahoma.
